Apple Sauce Syrup

2 cups applesauce
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar (or less... I do a bit less)
1tbsp butter
cinnamon (to taste)
*** Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil***

Then...
Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Make sure you mix the cornstarch and water BEFORE you add to syrup!
***Add to boiling applesauce mix and

stir over heat until thick***
