French Dip Sandwiches
Ingredients- 4 lb roast
- 2 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 packet french onion soup mix
- Any kind of cheese you like
- Any kind of bread you like...french, sour dough, ect..
Direction- Trim excess fat from the rump roast, and place in a slow cooker. Add the beef broth and soup mix. Cook on Low setting for 7 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Split French rolls, and spread with butter and cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Slice the meat and place on the rolls. Serve the juice for dipping.
